And if you decide to contact a Broker you will have all the important information you will need and know what questions to ask. You will be miles ahead of most sellers and buyers. This first video is an introduction and a layout of the rest of the nine video reports in this series. We talk about the top complaints and frustrations in the industry and how they can help you avoid a bad experience. We also go over the industry reputation and why it doesn't have to be that way. I also go over how I believe in a totally different approach from the industry standard. In this report we also go over commission rates and the different ways a broker makes his or her money. We talk about who is really selling or buying your plane and how there is almost always a broker and a commission involved, whether you know it or not. I go over the most important things to know when you sell or buy you plane, and how to use a broker to your advantage. I also give you the information you will need if you want to buy or sell without a broker and how to use that to your advantage. This report also covers the decisions you will need to make before you will be able to know the exact amount of commissions you will be paying. The decisions you will need to make when bringing a plane to market. If you are buying how to go about the search, and the importance of knowing how to determine the value of a plane you own, or are looking at buying. It is important to know the mistakes to avoid when you decide its time to buy or sell a plane. It's also important to have the information and advice you will need to be comfortable with your decision. Many people have questions about how the process works, what they need to do and know but they don't know where to look. They really don't want to contact a broker they want to research how to buy or sell a plane on the internet. I have found videos are a very nice recourse but others like to read reports. That's why I have make them both available to you so you can watch or read them anytime it's convenient for you. No worries, no hassle, and no commitment, and all of the information and advice you will need. Buying a plane is a complex process and can be difficult, especially if you don't have the information and advice you need to navigate you way through the process to a successful outcome. It doesn't have to be that way, with the information and advice you get in my reports you will be confident knowing how to buy or sell your plane. I will walk you through each and every step, showing you what's important and what to avoid. You will know what information to collect about the plane you own and why it will be important. If you are looking to buy you will know how to determine the fair market value of the pane you are interested in, how a broker in the industry does it, and how to get the most out of using the right broker. I will also lay out what's important to look for in a Broker and the best arrangement for you to get the most out of that business relationship. There are several ways to have a broker work for you and save you money! This will apply to any turboprop aircraft and especially King Air, King Air B200, B200GT, 250, King Air C90, C90GT, King Air 300, and King Air 350. If you are looking to buy a Jet this will also apply, the same techniques will work for any plane, Turboprop, or Jet. This is about the industry, how it works, and how to navigate your way through it. How to find a good broker and how to avoid bad ones. Why brokers do what they do, and don't do what you think they should or would do. I am also available to answer any questions you might have, I love what I do an enjoy helping this community. I believe if you help people get what they want and need, you will also be taken care of in the process. It's about giving instead of taking and earning what you receive. The prince is being sued by Daad Sharab, a Jordanian businesswoman who says she was not paid a promised US$10 million (Dh36.7m) commission for brokering the sale of the jet to Qaddafi, which was completed in 2006 for $120m after years of delays. At number 26 on the Forbes global ranking of billionaires, Prince Al Waleed is worth $20 billion according to the US magazine and closer to $30 billion by his own estimate. When asked in court about a $500,000 commission he had paid Ms Sharab for a previous Libyan deal, it was suggested to him that this was a small amount relative to his fortune. "Each dollar counts for me," the prince responded. He told the court he had asked Ms Sharab to "open the door" to Qaddafi over the jet sale but had never agreed a figure for her commission. The Airbus A340 at the centre of the dispute was used by qaddafi in 2009 to pick up the Lockerbie bomber, Abdel Basset Al Megrahi, when he was freed from a Scottish jail. In 2011, it became a trophy for rebels who toppled Qaddafi and were photographed on its silver-coloured leather sofas. The prince said the jet, which boasted a king-size bed and a meeting room with a throne-like leather armchair, was only one item on a huge business agenda he had with the Libyan leader, who had turned to him in seeking international rehabilitation. The prince said the sale of the Airbus had run into trouble when Ahmad Qadhaf Al Dam, a cousin of Qaddafi, demanded a bribe before arranging part of the payment. The prince refused to pay and kept the plane in Riyadh until he personally resolved the issue with Qaddafi in 2006, he said. He said Ms Sharab had played no part in the final deal and also denied proposing marriage to her during the process, as she alleged in her evidence last week. "I can only assume that (Ms Sharab) is seeking to gain some advantage in the proceedings by attempting to embarrass me," he said.

I'm Nilesh Gohil from the Commodity Broker Network. I hope you're doing well. Today I want to show you how I help commodity suppliers sell their stock quickly and effortlessly. The process is very simple yet extremely effective. Let me show you how the Commodity Supplier Service works. This is what happens when a supplier signs up to the Commodity Supplier Service. Once a supplier has signed up, I carry out an intensive marketing campaign to find targeted buyers. There is a certain amount of paperwork I will need from the seller to get the ball rolling. I will need a Full Corporate Offer from the seller so I know which company I will be representing to my networks. I will also need an NCNDA and commission contract in place. The NCNDA will protect against circumvention and the commission contract with establish the amount payable to me on close of a commodity deal whether it's a spot deal or a 12 month contract. If I am to work with a buyer mandate then I will need a copy of the mandate papers so I know that seller has authorized the mandate to represent them. In addition to this, I will need supporting documents that will help me with my due diligence on the supplier and the stock they are selling. In most cases I will need copies of the suppliers trading license, export license, proof of ownership of the stock, or allocation certificates. In instances whereby I am working with metals then I will need copies of assay reports and certificates of origin. Recent photos will also help in identifying the stock to be sold. Typically the supplier will know which documents I will need to authenticate the company and the stock. These documents will not be passed on to anyone until the supplier gives permission. I understand the sensitive nature of the contents in these documents and will treat them accordingly. Again, these documents are required for me to prove that the company is real and they are selling real stock after all I will conducting an extensive marketing campaign to find suitable buyers. If you are shy about giving me these documents then this service is really not for you. SINGAPORE: As the yachting lifestyle becomes more prevalent in Singapore, some people have chosen to live on such vessels instead. Channel NewsAsia finds out more about the perks and downsides of such a lifestyle. A fittingly pink room for the girl, a blue one for the boys and a baby cot in the master bedroom. Three bedrooms for two adults and four children -- all on a 40-foot catamaran. It's a long-time dream for Singaporean actor Darren Lim. It took him 10 years to convince his wife to switch to a boating lifestyle. The family was previously living on a smaller mono-haul, but moved to the bigger Lagoon 400S2 six months ago. Living next to a marina also means easy access to groceries and other amenities. While the children are home-schooled, the family car is parked at the marina for easy access to the city, where the kids attend music classes and other activities. But it can be inconvenient at times. Mr Lim said: "Now we have a washing machine because this is a bigger boat. With the previous boat, we didn't have a laundry machine and and we had to take all our laundry to the laundromat to wash and dry in the dryer. "But now with a little bit more space on the helm area, there you go... that's where the laundry is. But it's for the passion of the sea, passion of the freedom. I can choose different angles for the sunrise if I choose to." Having less space on board has also made the family more eco-conscious. For the Lim family, they would choose to use the gas cooker when the boat is out at sea, but once the boat is berthed on the marina and there's a steady supply of electricity, the family would then choose to use the induction cooker as they would have to worry less about using up resources. Asked if living on a boat was more economical than living on land, Mr Lim was quick to disagree. "There are boats that are actually much, much more expensive than a house and the other thing is, the minute you buy a boat, it depreciates. It doesn't appreciate unlike a property on land. So if it's not for the passion for it, it doesn't make financial sense," he said. And that passion was also what convinced yacht broker William Schick and his wife Dion to live on a 60-foot boat, although their three teenage children live on land. The children come-and-go as they please to join the parents on the boat and for weekend activities. Mr Schick, senior sales and brokerage manager of Princess Yachts Southeast Asia, said: "I've been in the industry since I was 16, brokering and fixing and selling boats and a year ago, my wife and I actually thought we might buy a boat for ourselves and on-sell. But once we bought the boat, we enjoyed it so much and took the boat off the market." With his office at the marina, it made sense for Mr Schick to live closer to his workplace. Mrs Schick, who works in the central business district, said she does not mind the 15 to 20 minute commute to work, unless it rains. "We have to get from the boat to the club so we have to walk up the docks... if you have baggage or things like that, it's sometimes troublesome. In terms of cost, the Schicks said they spent about S$10,000 a year on maintenance and a monthly fee of $1,300 to berth their boat at the Marina. Other than that, the boat feels very much like home. Mr Schick said: "We have all the facilities that we have at home with full-sized fridge, freezer, hot cold running water in the galley, kitchen, ice maker, electric flush toilets and a full size shower. So we have all the comforts there. "Everyone's in a confined space, so we all need to work together to keep the place tidy, so it sort of bring the family together and we enjoy the toys. This boat has two jet skis, a tender and a canoe, we can pop out and have a play on those anytime we want."
